What a shock to this woman's psyche to learn she was abducted, but also a relief to know she was NOT related to the psychopath who not only tortured and murdered people, but also traumatized an infant and an entire FAMILY by kidnapping their baby. I realize this woman must be relieved to shed whatever shame she felt (which wasn't hers to carry in the first place), but still...to lose an entire childhood and lifetime??? Whoa...

Tyler Henry and his Mother should consider making a documentary about his Mother being stolen from her biological Mother. Unbelievable story, and that she never knew this fact until she took a DNA test. Obviously there is more to this story. Didn't her biological family try to find her? Did they know who took her? Were the police involved? Who had her birth certificate? How could she attend a school without one? A lot to unravel.

My aunts husband was “adopted” at age 2 by a Russian woman and told that his parents had died in a car accident. She always said his information was In A safe deposit box that he’d get when she died. It was empty . He found out his real last name when he was drafted into the army- he had been using his middle name as a last name because he thought that was his last name. The woman’s sister was a nurse in a hospital that had rumors of babies “dying” disappearing and evidently being sold and we assume he was one of them. He died before dna/ancestry was common. I wish we could have found out for him
@dina113east2 жыл бұрын
@@susieries3947 Did he have children? They could take the Ancestry test and find his relatives. If he had a son, there is a test just for the father's line of ancestors. That type of crime did happen in hospitals and there have been famous cases, where doctors and nurses were involved.

I love you two together!!! I totally get why its hard to read your parent of origin, your connection is primal and visceral , the longest relationship of your life, your base for all future communication, you don;t have to think about how to conjugate verbs and it was developed from the heart…. From what I think I learned today about Tylers brain scan is that that experience is literally manifesting thru the brain (which may be why you sweat so much). Its like your communication with your mom is your primary love language you don’t have to think about and the communication with souls are a second language for both you and the soul you are reading, there are limitations on how to communicate. Its just my theory from watching the brain scan today, I’ll probably put a twist on it tomorrow! Ha ha!Of course I don’t really know at all. Thanks Teresa and Tyler and Tamran!

No. The woman who stole her (Stella) had children that were biracial. Tyler's Mother, Theresa did not know this woman named Stella was not her Mother. Therefore, she thought Stella's children were her half siblings, when in fact she was not related to them, because Stella had stolen Theresa. Now she has found her true siblings from her biological Mother and found the truth that she was stolen from her family. I hope that is clear. It is a complicated story.

I'm asking because I didn't see the story on Netflix and kind of got confused when she told Tamron about her siblings in New Orleans and then pictures black people were shown, along with a pictureof white people. It made it seem like she was hugging her newly found black siblings from New Orleans.
@dina113east2 жыл бұрын
@@moonsyoungestsun6550 That's right. She was stolen by Stella, who was the mother of the biracial children. So, she thought that Stella's children were her half-siblings when in fact they were not related at all. When Stella revealed the truth to Theresa about her true family, Theresa then found her biological siblings in New Orleans. Theresa then found she was of Italian ethnicity and not French like Stella. All the facts of how she was stolen have not been revealed, so much of this strange story is not known.

Actually, 20% of the population of Connecticut is of Italian heritage. NY, NJ, Pa. each have 17% Italian population. There is no "one" immigration story. Our European (and non-European) ancestors arrived in waves, and there are thousands of stories never told. Also, some Northern Italians likely came up through the Alps into France before heading to points unknown. Once in North America, they went wherever opportunity beckoned.

Not one fact that you stated is correct. Just because you do not have family in the South doesn't mean Italians didn't immigrate to the South. Italians arrived in NY, and other states including Louisiana and even California. Approximately six million Italians came to the US from the late 1860's to 1915. Most of Italian Americans, like myself trace our ancestors from the 1870's to the 1890's and beyond. Some immigration continued till 1915. The immigration you are speaking of was a smaller immigration that started after WWII. Two different periods of immigration from Italy.
