I had same experience with the new age and years of mental illness which came to a head in 1994 with psychosis from one session of reiki then had reversion to Catholic faith years later and needed deliverance and to confess the fact that I was involved in all those destructive things . The new age also is serving a false god and God is a jealous God so we must make reparation and confess everything we were involved in. But Jesus is so Patient and Infinitely Merciful. I would think God has big plans for this young lady. ✝️🙏

My story is the same. Did someone help you with deliverance or did you do it on your own? I repented,did general confession and am praying the rosary and receiving the sacraments. I still feel a heavy weight on me always and don’t feel like my old cheerful self. I still see everything through a dark lens. Do you have any suggestions to help my deliverance process progress further?

Speaking from experience I highly recommend besides sacraments especially regular confession, Eucharist, rosary but also what helped me in Jesus own Words to me “Feed on My Word” meaning read the holy Bible which got rid of anxiety years ago 3 days later. I only read 5 to 10 minutes a day. The Word is Light, Powerful, Healing, Transformative. Also precious blood chaplet, st Michael chaplet and flame of love unity prayer Elizabeth Kindelman. Fr Jim Blount exorcist on KZbin talks of many of these above prayers to rid of demonic ✝️
