Sir… it is difficult to make out PCWP, an invasive procedure. Earlier it was done with the Swan Ganz Catheter.What it tells is LAP(left atrial pressure )which is non-invasive procedure,much easier way is with 2D Echo, …E/e prime. NV=10-18, if it is 14… cause is Cardiac.if it is between 8-14, the intermediate, both pulmonary and cardiac are overlapping. To make sure it is cardiac... Blood for Pro BNP .

You are saying “exudative phase of interstitium” and showing alveolus. Actually it is the interstitium..a space between the alveolar cells and the underlying capillary which caries oxygenated blood from left side(schematic purpose )and just below alveolus oxygen is transported and a little later carbon dioxide diffusion from alveolus to capillaries occurs. So interstium is the medium that diffusion takes place
