As an elder radiographer, the beam limitation on most of those images is unacceptable. Whenever you see the face irradiated on a skull projection, you know that protocols set a century ago are still being used even though the Light Beam Diaphragm has developed since. If the thyroid is exposed to the primary beam in a skull projection, it is a special category of assault.

F= frontal, S= sphenoidal, M=Maxillary Lateral view- FSM Water's/PA view- FM, S when subject's mouth is open AP view- increased radiation to eyes Caldwell's/Occipitofrontal view- Water's view, but rays are at 15-20° to the plate; Ethmoidal sinus Cerebral angiogram for BV (occlusion, thrombosis, stenosis, aneurysm, haemorrhage)
