Medu Vada Recipe | Crispy Ulundu Wadai

INGREDIENTS
Urad dal - 1 Cup (200g)
Curry Leaves - 1 Spring (Chopped)
Green Chili - 1 (Chopped)
Ginger - Small Piece (Chopped)
Shallots - 4 To 5 (Chopped)
Salt - 1 Tsp
Grated Coconut - 100g
Birds Eye Chillies - 5g (1 tbsp)
Shallots - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Water - as needed to make it a coarse paste
Oil to Fry
Extra Tips
Dip You Hands In Water Before You Shape The Vada's (Water Should Not Be Dripping)
If The Batter Is Too Much Thin And Hard To Shape Add a Little More Rice Flour ( Not Roasted).
