He didn't use it on rosh or the fight for the rosh at 11:05 Not using it to potentially stop am from blinking out at 12:37, thankfully kunka was paying attention He also has 4 disablers in his team, specifically he was laning with disruptor, that guarantees his volley will hit, but he just didn't put a single point into it, even though it deals a very good amount of damage with just 2 value points. It would've actually resulted in more kills in lane and would help take those stacks way faster. So no, I'm not "blind" ​@krazed0451
