I think the volcano island is another leviathan situation where if you kill the dragon you get the heart, you might be able to get the angel fighting style with it like sanguine which would make sense as the angel fighting style is like sanguine's counterpart. saw the original stream, i think that sneak indra showed that many speculate to be a “Dragon race” is actually something else. either one, it actually IS a dragon race. Or two, it’s another form for the dragon fruit. for example, if your first bar fills up(like a fury meter) then you use the form that indra sneaked. but if you fill it up again, then you get the whole dragon form. just what i’m speculating.
