nah i do think his super can be charged way better than you said in the test. yeah his reload is slow but if you're in an open-ish map then you're likely to hit all your shots with the homing. something like shooting star should be good for him, or other maps that are mainly open except for some walls, preferably *unbreakable* walls where you use super and can push up the map
