Question on the first player rule, if the first player marker is moved mid game how does the fate card work and do they continue the round as is?

When there is a fortune card that swaps the first player token, does the round end and there is a new fate card played after that players turn ends, or does the new round start where the first player token used to be? Or does it just go around the entire table again until there it gets back to that person who has the first player token. It seems to be an issue because no fate cards get played because the first player token gets passed around.

It would be, the round ends as normal, then the next round starts with the player with the first player tokens. Hope that helps

When playing with 4 players do you only put 16 steam baskets out on the Board or
