@@forfumladrift7004 I literally own a hurricane it came with a broken charger and I had to completely re tighten and adjust the belt the first week I had it because it came too loose and I couldnt break or accelerate. other companies should be ashamed too but meepo is very comfortable sending out boards and no matter how messed up it is they are quick to respond with things like telling someone that they wont take the board back. on top of that one of my tires came partially deflated and I had to spend 100USD to buy a new battery for a board I just got recently...

I too had many things I needed to fix/replace on my V4. Missing screws, broken hub, etc.. But Meepo always helped and made it nice and easy. Give and take. Can't wait for my Voyager.

Meepo after sales service is so bad guys, hope for you to haven't any problem with the board. I wrote them already 100 time without any answers they just don't care about customer. I need a brand who take care them customer, meepo dont

There customer service is great they assessed my problem and sent parts under warranty twice. I got them in a week or two.

Don't spam emails, most companies have automatic block lists if you spam them so they can actually take care of people who need help.
