I like this judge VERY much! He’s a “different” type of judge for virtually every person who comes before him. His tone, manner, demeanor and personality can change instantly depending on what he believes will be the best for that person. It’s amazing to watch and he certainly gets his point across! About this guy being here illegally, why are we giving any of them a chance to be bonded out?? Why are we spending money to keep them in our prisons?? They should NOT be held before trial, they should be immediately deported! We don’t have money to feed children, but we let illegals back up our courts?? Deport them!! ❤️🐈

The nonEnglish speaking, noncitizen should be deported immediately in my opinion. We have enough American criminals to deal with already. It seems like for a lot of these bond violations, Judge Fleisher remands them mostly to let them know how serious he is. He sets the bonds low so most of them can bond out. So, in effect he's giving them another chance to keep to their conditions. But if they violate again the judge shows no mercy and there's not another bond. So, that's fair.

@@bluedragonfly8139 That logic is valid. It is good to expect people to show up responsibly in their lives (especially when kids are involved), and it is important that fathers know they are expected to contribute to the life they created whether they want to or not. In addition to that, I have found that praising someone every now and again for doing something positive (even if it is a bare minimum expectancy) can help a person assign positive feelings to their good behavior, which has been shown to have positive results in the desired behavior being repeated. This guy clearly is walking a line (one side of the line is having his life together and the other side is him not functioning in society properly), and any nudges he gets to encourage better behavior might help *crosses fingers*.
