So disappointed walking into the Ventura location. I felt so unwelcomed. I walked in there with my kiddos , my husband is a local shaper. I was given stares and no welcome. I was with my children reaching out to the community to see if store owners wants to help us with donations for a silent auction for an earth day festival that would benefit the local school. These people running the store front do not seem to be from Ventura and had many judgments I could feel off the bat. If I was a potential customer looking to use this as my home base I would have automatically gone somewhere else do to the lack of kindness here.
