You dont join a crew like Kinjaz. You are chosen. Carlo had been dancing with several members and even leading other crews with members for years. They are all long standing friends and some of them are even related. Not to mention this is one of the top crews in America with members from other top crews. So i guess step one would be to become a world class dancer and choreographer, and step to would be to get into their inner circle and work with them. Good luck with that 😂.
