True true- lifestyle disease is life. Since Covid 19 l have added more weight from size 10 to 16, SOB when am working hard, sleepless night, hyperactive in the mind and my knees are knocking the door( Pain). Unless l change my lifestyle. My body is communicating to me for sure. Thanks Carol for motivating me to look after my body. I need it as far as l am a life.
