Darrin Henson choreographed this dance around 30 years ago for NSYNC. He also won an MTV award for Best Choreography for this dance. Nick Pauley learned the dance so he could dance in the opening of Deadpool. Darrin Henson has also choreographed for Britney Spears and the Spice Girls.

It was a brilliant choice from Ryan to get a professional to do the dance. Because they not only did a perfect job nailing it, but really brought deadpools flair into it too. It was probably the best intro to any movie I have seen. In fact, the intro alone was worth the ticket price.
