Dr. Hannah Rezaian is a specialty care physician board certified in internal medicine and geriatrics at Inova 360° Concierge Medicine - Fair Oaks. She joined Inova Health System in 2022 and has been practicing since 2017. Her clinical areas of interest include adult preventive medicine and management of chronic medical conditions, with a particular focus on geriatric health.
Her goal is to help patients maximize their physical functioning and wellbeing while maintaining their goals of care. She pursued a fellowship in geriatrics to promote this philosophy as patients transition through all phases of adulthood to maintain mobility and independence.
