(I dunno if its been fixed) If your playing on the demo here's what you gotta do: 1.Wait till Friday 2.Let Osana place the note in Senpai's locker 3.When she reaches the Sakura Tree kill her (you can hide the body and clean the evidence if you like to) 4.Wait till Senpai gets to the Sakura tree Then go up the hill Then you should see Ayano confess to Senpai but with Osana's dialog If you play this on the full version it's been probably fixed but kill all the rivals except one and follow the other step.
