Hello Ken Williams, I know u wrote this 2 years ago now, this is actually my second time watching her video, I think she is so beautiful inside and outside too, I wish that they could have the green card they need, I think it’s nuts that it costs so much money! I seen in ur comment there renewal was denied, which to be honest I think is disgraceful!! BUT please can u let us know who have commented if they had it granted now please? It’ll be crazy if they tried to make them go back to where they were from originally, they would basically be killing Isabel, and that’s not right, definitely a breach of her human rights if u ask me, especially when they will definitely know that by doing so they will be killing her! I've had multiple classes with Isabel . She is such a sweet and kind hearted person and is now a director at my school. This is truly inspiring and even though we didn't get to talk much , I'm glad I've had the chance to meet her and participate in the MPS-6 walks she held for our campus

What a beautiful young woman. I cried for so much of that especially the last 10 minutes. It makes me feel ashamed of myself hearing her speak about her view on life because I’ve let much smaller things take me down emotionally and stop me from pursuing my dreams or from just being happy in general. I literally balled towards the end when Isabel gave that beautiful gift of wisdom to the actress. It went downhill for me from there when she gave her heartfelt gratitudes to her family, I was trying to eat my fruit salad and I just balled! I could not finish eating my fruit! Isabel laid me out and hung me up to dry! I adored this! Much respect to Isabel and her beautiful family!

Yeah, my heart really goes out to the parents. They are the real heroes in this case. Having a child with disabilities is something I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. But this case has an added element, with them having to leave their established lives in Guatemala to seek treatment in the US. I do not understand how someone can watch this video and still believe in god. If there was a god, that god wouldn't let his people suffer like this (the girl or the family). People, grasp reality and stop believing in a fairy tale dreamed up by prehistoric people.

They are some of the most encouraging and strongest people we meet. I have a teacher with cerebral palsy, she is one of the happiest people I've met and she continues to amaze me every day.

Isabel and her family are simply a blessing to the United States, to their community in CA and to those of us privileged to hear her speak and laugh on this program. If citizenship was based on our values as humans, they would long have been granted citizenship, while most of our politicians should be cast out to some desolate and arid island. It is despicable to give this family an ultimatum to leave after years of taxes and legal residence. LET'S DO THE RIGHT THING BY THEM AND OTHERS IN SUCH SITUATIONS.

God Bless this amazing family!!!! 🙏 This was really hard to watch bcs I came to this country as an immigrant with my family and I haven't seen my aunt's , uncle's and cousins in 20 yrs 😢💔. We had to leave my country - Bosnia due to the civil war that took place in the 90's.
