This gentleman is right on government bilateral ties, the Ugandan government is weak in negotiations that explains why visit visas(B1 B2) for Ugandans validity is 2yrs and Kenya is 5yrs and there those with 10yrs. Ugandans suffer because of incompetence of the Ugandan government interms of negotiations with the US government.
