The numbers seems to be a miss. 30k vehicles daily prices ranging from 100 to max 300 less operatioms and maitenance cost its not breaking even with the 27 years at that cost and pricing. Its a needed asset though. Has the CBD felt the impact? Has the economy felt its efficiency.

The collection is still slow the ticketing show be improved a little but it’s just the start I live in Japan and maximum time at the toll is is about less than one min and the toll collectors stand not seating we should learn from that hopefully
