Meet Leila

At 13, Leila fled a broken home and became homeless in the city, facing exploitation and pregnancy. Malnourished and struggling, she was found by a village elder and brought to the Jewels of Honor women’s shelter. There, she received care, trained in hairdressing, and rebuilt her life.
