Upset Mad green car was creating an extreme unsafe situation and hopefully got put in jail down the road. Good thing there was that black truck to safely help them realize the unsafe and inconsiderate actions they were performing to everyone else behind them, fortunately no one had to die that day to wake this person up. In the end everyone goes a different speed including you.. YOU need to pay it back so that you can have YOUR speed when you want. do your job- drive Safe, watch your mirrors, and ALWAYS move to the right so that traffic flows properly and safely and considerately pass when you encounter someone slower than you. Everyone else around you requires you to pay attention and participate in traffic. It is your life and theirs on the line... the slower you go, the more vehicles catch up and you are accountable for everyone close behind and next to you with your decisions as you are intentionally blocking all traffic like you own the road and you are creating a seriously unsafe situation, there is no difference if you just didnt know there was someone behind you or not, you did it on purpose because you are NOT paying attention. Most US states it is illegal to be in that lane.

Thanks for your comment. The truth is that the green car driver and the truck driver were chasing before this scene happened. The green car aimed to drive really slow to block the truck. The truck was about to hit that green car. You can see that I drove really slow and kept a safe distance too.
