Meet Major Deepak Iyer:The Ex-special Forces Hero. Major Deepak Iyer, Ex-Special Forces has served for seven years in 9 Para Special Forces Unit. It is the same unit of Indian Army which carried out Surgical Strikes in 2016. He performed front line duties of special forces, managing commando teams in counter-insurgency/counter terrorism operations and high-altitude terrains on the Line of control (LOC), Kashmir. He is a Para Commando who fought terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir.
He also holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a versatile, seasoned professional having cross cultural experience and worked with innovative consulting companies like McKinsey. He is also a keynote speaker, executive coach and leadership speaker. He is now transforming organizations into special forces teams. He is also enabling people to transforming their performances and relationships as a coach and mentor.

this is what makes a lot of difference when you hear to an interview with the armed forces whether it indian , us or any country however there is lot of difference between the nrmal interview though there also exceptions, yet again this is really serious stuff i can say. And what i can say is army navy and other combative forces go similar hand in hand with the very concept of lalitha upakhyana in fact. Though if you ask me the very aspect of spirituality and ritualistic practices is also is seen. The aesthetics of the ethics and life also comes into picture as major is telling.
