Meet Mark Dodd, Sea Turtle Program Coordinator with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources

A wildlife biologist who manages the Georgia DNR’s Sea Turtle Conservation Program, Mark is responsible for management and conservation efforts for a variety of threatened and endangered species. He oversees the Georgia Sea Turtle Cooperative, a dedicated network of researchers, agency employees, and volunteers who conduct sea turtle monitoring on every barrier island in the state.
