Thank you Karen. The Lord has given me that same word from Jeremiah 31, and so many others. When my son left 20 yrs ago I wrote poetry for a year, somehow it got me thru the initial shock, now the granchildren I homeschooled and raised in the Lord, won't talk to me and are prodigals, but I see now the Lord has brought me to this quiet place, to pray, and stand on His Word. We have cried oceans of tears, but we WILL NOT GIVE UP. This is the year of THE PRODIGALS RETURN. Ms. Karen, the timing of this message is truly God's timing. This week I've been dealing with my 1 yr old being so ill, I had to take him to the emergency room. I've been so exhausted but through it all, God has been so faithful. 🙏 I really love this because the past year and half I have felt spiritually drained. This year I had made a commitment to the Lord that I would be more intentional just to start my day with worship. I was able to do that for the for 4 days then that's when my son started to have "Covid" symptoms. It escalated to severe body pain and inflammation for my 1 year old. My son is healed now and starting to recover and I am so thankful for prayers that have gone out for him. I truly believe that the enemy was doing what he could do to distract me, the cause harm among my son and I will absolutely FIGHT for my family. For total restoration. For salvation for my husband. For my children to walk with the Lord. Thank you for sharing what God wants me/us to focus on this year.!!!!

I am not sure I can begin to express how profoundly our Father just spoke into my aching soul through this word.! It was for me, of this I am sure. I could write a book to explain but will just say that 2021 felt like a drought to my soul..the start of this year until today was battle after battle from literally the first of Jan. I was up at 3:30 this morning and could not stop weeping before The Lord. After almost 30 years walking with Jesus, I’ve just felt this painful distance that I don’t understand. Crying out this morning that I so desperately want to go back to the way our relationship was at first..so much intimacy, so much “oneness”. I know I didn’t worry much about the need for “horizontal relationships” then..I would be fine if it was just the 2 of us. 30 years later I see how He has worked in a million ways and taught me to love in ways I could never have back then..but feeling so pulled apart by wanting to abide in Him but feeling pulled in so many other ways too. He has made me to be an intercessor..He’s shown me that in so many ways and taught me over the years..but this word! 🤯..It was a bullseye. Your explanation of the Front Porch sunk deep into my soul. That’s it! That’s why the relationship can’t go back to what it was because He has led me to the Front Porch and that is my post. I don’t want to be distracted by the world but see it I must..to intercede. I have to stop writing so I can go make my 2022 prayer journal. My word for 2022 (will call it one word): Front Porch. The picture it brings is now alive so much more than intercession or prayer. Thank You, Karen. Karen i have been encouraged by so much. I am 84, and have had severe sciatica pain so much I can barely roll out of bed or even walk in the morning... severe neuropathy in my feet add to the challenges. Please. believe with and for me for total restoration and strength in my whole body. My brain says I am still young (in my 50s) but realistically, my body is behaving old!! I have prayed a long time for God to heal. I can tell you, it is sometimes hard not to get weary under the pain. But I keep reminding myself that God promised never to leave nor forsake us. I thank Him in the pain and in the challenge...but there's so much I want to do yet before my life is over. And I don't believe it's near being over yet!! My name is Pat and I live in Florida. I’m believing for my financial breakthroughs in 2022and for my daughters and son ! I thank the Lord Jesus for open windows / doors and lead me through them if it’s your will! I’m willing and able to work and not be idle . He has taught me to rest when needed / take care of myself ( health wise) I’m helping my mom when I’m able to as my dad is declining greatly with dementia. Thank you Lord for strengthening my mom and continue healing her sciatica and emotional healing ❤️🙏.
