Aaalright ive had enough of the "Vee/Tisha is Shelly's best friend" comments and the "If shes family with Rodger, doesnt that mean shes family with Teagan and Toodles too?" Comments aswell. Heres a clarification for you guys. • "Vee/Tisha is Shelly's Best friend!" - unless canonically confirmed, this will only remain as a headcanon for the community. Just because they appear in the same featured poster does not make them best friends. This just means that they know eachother. • "If Binoculia is family with Rodger, doesnt that mean shes supposed to be family with Teagan and Toodles?" - Teagan and Rodger is a community ship, Toodles see Rodger as a father figure, but they are not canonically related. I do not do ships in this channel, because personally, i dont like ships. Teagan and Rodger isnt canonically in a relationship so i will not address them like so. So heres a clearer relationship chart : Binoculia and Rodger is related, shes *his little sister.* *She sees Toodles as a little sister.* I am sorry to disappoint, but the repetitive comments are starting to catch on me.

Toon concept:Stealth (yes, thats their name.) g:Genderless They would have a black cloak, and a grey body. Their face would be obscured by shadow. A faint mist follows Stealth as they walk/run Role:Extractor Ability:Smoke bomb (active) Stealth throws a smoke bomb, making every player be undetectable by twisteds as long as they are in the cloud. Doesnt work if the player is already being chased. True Colors (passive) Stealth highlights twisteds when they are near them. Common-blue:Uncommon-green:rare-cyan:Main-red Lethal/Dandy-rainbow. The highlight automatically happens when the twisted enters a radius of about 50 studs around Stealth. Stats:Skill check-3 Extraction speed-4 Movement speed:5 Stealth:6 stars. A whole new level. Stamina:5 Health-1. This toon would have a "Fuck you imma lead the twisted to you" playstyle. Stealth depends on other toons to stay alive, although their 6 star stealth would make them be the LEAST priority in a group. For stealth, upon using smoke bomb, he becomes invisible to both twisteds and players for 6 seconds. The smoke bomb lasts 13 seconds. Even if stealth leaves the smoke, the invisibility lasts. Twisted:A dim, red eye would be visible in the shadow of Stealths hood. Their cloak would become tattered and scarred as a twisted. Class:Lethal. Special conditions to spawn. Conditions:A Vee, Astro, and Pebble must be present. They would need to survive up to floor 10. After that, the Vee would need to use their veemote on a blackout. (Yes, im making it possible since it's a special condition.) After this, Astro would need to use their ability on a main. The Main would be Guaranteed to spawn if the conditions are met. After this, the blackout would concede. The toons would need to reach floor 15. After this, twisted stealth would spawn on floor 16. This would ALWAYS be a black out. Stealths twistes could go invisible and strike a toon without them knowing. He dosent make any sound besides a wind sound effect when attacking. His dash would leave a trail of black and white sparks. This takes away 2 hearts. Twisted stealth would attack rarely. Often when a toon is alone. Lore:Stealth used to have pebble as a pet, And participated in Vees gameshow. They always won, but became friends with Astro. Vee also took a liking to stealth since they were always there to participate. stealth eventually let pebble go since he wanted to. And Astro departed too. They still participated in Vees gameshows tho. Stealth is relatively neutral with the other toons, has a slightly better attitdue towards connie, and is within Dandys friend circle. Although Stealth dosent want to speak to Shrimpo or glisten. They dont like them. So stealths friends would be:Dandy, Astro, Pebble, And Vee. Requirements to unlock:Survive a Stealth run, (AKA the twisted. Gives you a badge) Get full mastery on Vee, Astro, and pebble. And full research on them too. After this, Stealth is available for 10,000 Ichor. Stealth has 2 skins. 1:Vintage-The cloak gets a white outline. And a glowing, bendy ahh smile appears on Stealths "face". 2:Forgotten-Stealths cloak becomes tattered, and scarred like their twisted counterpart. And they gain a single, white eye on their " face". This character is meant for veterans. And as a trophy. Trinket:Shadowviz-A jet black, cracked katana. This gives +1 star of every stat, and increases stealth by 2. This is unlocked upon buying stealth.

Very balanced toon. However, I would like some more information on her twisted form. Like how fast she is and how long her attention span is. I find it often for people creating fanmade Dandy’s World OCs forget these kinds of things for twisteds. Remember that in game, twisteds have a wandering/walk speed and a chase speed. Twisted Flutter has one of the highest walking speed while glisten has the highest chase speed. The numbers between these are pretty simple. It’s very similar to how the toons movement are. Like how Shrimpo has 10 walk speed and 20 run speed while Pebble has 20 walk speed and 30 run speed. Twisted Toodle is said to have a chase speed of 19 which means Pebble can outwalk her with a 1 speed difference Shrimpo is the slowest toon with a 15 walk speed and a 16.5 chase speed. There is a better way to graph this simply as with the speeds: Below-Average, Average, Above Average, and High. I hope you can give us some more information next video and make sure to tell us their attention span is!

@rainsong6218 Ooh i love questions! Heres your answer! Ill include these in my next animations, though id probably make more lore videos. Basically, In her Twisted form, she works similarly to Glisten. When she wanders without having her triggered, she roams in Glisten's speed (very slow!) Her chasing speed, when shes triggered and in range with a toon, she will chase you with Flutter's walking speed. I dont really know much about the detailed numbers.. but its an estimation! Her range sight when not triggered yet is definitely wider than Glisten's, because well- shes a Binocular who sees afar. Her attention span is like Shrimpo's, you can get spotted by her easily, but a simple turn around an object would be enough for her to loose sight on you. Im sorry about it being.. yk, not detailed, im not good at these ;_; Ps. If you have any suggestions that could balance it out, please do reply to me!

@@NarumiNazura Btw, Flutter’s walk and chase speed is the same with 18.5 which is Above Average I think this twisted fits pretty well in the Rare category as it’s not too hard to combat nor prevent provoking her but neither when she is provoked but would rather be annoying to deal with Really good OC! Probably one of if not the best I’ve seen so far

I treat making fanmade OCs like a whole high risk mission, gotta make sure its balanced and not overpowered/underpowered! To answer your question, do you mean her walking as in her walking speed as a toon or her walking speed as a twisted? Her twisted's walking speed is low, but her chase is above average as you mentioned! And yes, she does have a low attention span.

Toon idea: Oxley Gender: male Design: made out of clouds (so is his head.) and wearing a green rag with a small cape attached (yeah I did not know what he should wear.) Personally: a bit bossy and a little rude but not that rude Health: 3 Skill check: 4 Movement speed: 2 Stamina: 2 Stealth: 3 Extraction speed: 4 Ability: You scared me!: after getting hit he quickly touches the twisted eyes which makes the twisted blinded for 15 secs (if u wondering what he doing he basically just touching the twisted’s face and since he made up of air that blinds the twisted a bit. Requirement’s: 950 inchor And survive 5 floors Twisted ver: Design: same thing but the twisted ink stuff actually pollutes him so the air is black and he can’t see. The twisted’s ver’s ability: I scared you?: once this twisted hit’s a toon that toon will get blinded for 20 secs. After hit timer is 15 secs so the blinded toon actually has time to run away. His trinket is called bug spray which for every one floor it can make one twisted blind for the whole floor time I’ll explain the blind effect for the twisted’s and toons For twisted’s it makes them not be able to see but they will still walk around the map but a buff is that just have to walk around them because they now have good hearing for toons it just makes u blind Fun fact: he has many world records for the longest breath hold and many more he often brags about them Fun fact 2: he is a perfectionist and plays the piano.

@YourLocalistDog Because hes close friends with Sprout! Binoculia thinks that Sprout is so cool and thinks of him as an admiring main toon, but couldnt get to know him better because of Sprout's personality. (Which is why Sprout's opinion for Her is "who?") She admired both Sprout and Cosmo, before that admiration slowly turned into envy. She just has trouble making friends but wanted to be friends with everyone lol

@alexanderplayz2058 If she remains unbothered during the whole run, she'll remain passive, BEFORE the panic timer hits the last 10 seconds. If everyone isnt by the elevator before 10 seconds, she'll go into a frenzy.

Ability: Piling Up! (Active) Maple can scatter a pile of shaded maple leaves across the floor, giving herself and all Toons a speed boost, but decreasing her own stamina regen. (Cooldown: 30) Requirements: 1700 Ichor Own at least one stamina-related trinket Dandy's reaction to buying her: "Maple! Such a cheerful Toon! A decent choice, I'd say." Introduction card: "Maple is a fun Toon with unique ideas in her head! Will give +150 skill check window size which lasts for 15 seconds on selected toon and has cooldown of 75 Requirests: -1750 ichor - 50% research on her twisted - Encounter twisted Shelly Twisted: (rare) Twisted which just walks around and doesn’t do anything except it gives Confused I debuff but if she spots someone do machine she will chase them for 5 seconds then stop Some dialogues: Completing machines: And the history repeats! That wasn’t too complicated. Ascending to next floor: Everyone got in? Using ability: Goodluck! Shhh… Focus on the machine!
