I work as a model. Always had no problem to jave 90 in the hips but last months i have been sick money times also got one injury. It pushed me to stay months at home alone. My sister that is my bester friend and my boyfriend were at work so i was feeling really lonely. My problem witg binge eating came back. I gained 3.5 cm in hips and feel scared to come back to work. Even when the clients wants me i feel inadequate and quit the job. The way my body changed in the mirror scares me. Do you have some advice how to deal with that? I especially am scared that ppl that knows me (from modelling industry in my city) will see me as a weak and out of shape :( it is hard for me to lose these cm this time. Every time i try i start having insomnia anxiety etc
