♥ Meet my Family ♥ (They are finally here)

Meet the Tamangs. You probably know all of them from my Draw my life video. The last time my family was here in america was in my wedding 4 years ago. Its so great to see them again. My sisters have all grown. Pratichya is taller than me already haha
My family is going to be here for another month and then to plan on going to colorado to meet their friends. They'll be back again in the middle of july for 2 more months. I can't what to take them to Disney world, Busch gardens, Carribbean Crusie etcs. I wanted to take them to One direction concert but I don't know if thats possible. They are huge directioners as you guys can see.

I had all the feels when Steve called them "mom and dad". My respect for him just grew a little more. That is my favorite part of eastern culture. I was surprised he didn't call them by names.

I don't know abt Vietnamese culture but in Nepal, we call our in parents in law mom n dad, we don't call them by their names, in fact, except for ur friends n ppl who r younger to us, we call all our elders on the basis of the relationship we have, that's our culture :)

I always found it so weird when my non Asian friends call my parents by their names..not even a Mr...or Mrs.....such and such. In asian culture It's always hello "auntie" or "uncle" whenever we meet someone older than us...
