This video encouraged me so much to see three black women of faith going to seminary. I will be starting my Masters of Arts in Christian Apologetics in May of this year and I’m so excited to learn and defend my faith more. This video really strengthens my faith in my decisions

Apologetics must be getting difficult now because people have less desire to believe and more desire to know. Faith is being replaced with facts. Its getting hard to tell adults that a lady came from a rib of a man and then had a verbal conversation with a talking serpent.

Some people say things that will bring you to negative and hopeless mindset and I think mindset is the best word but I truly believe in God and its quite scary to realize how quickly you can be set in a mindset and emotions against everything i know to be good ☯️🥰😊❤️ 🙏🏿

I think I need to go to school for learning Bible and Jesus and I don't what else thats why I would need to go find out what I don't know about and I guarantee theres a multitude because I think my mom must have went and been humble about how she learned all the good things she did

If you don't mind me asking, what program/seminary are you in/going to? I'm in NC and very much interested in seminary. I don't want to b a preacher but I want to be equipped in the Word and other doctrines to minister to others (as God ministers to me)

Absolutely! We attend DTS. I’m in the Masters of Arts in Christian Education program but they have a plethora of degree paths!

Jesus taught ! While yes you can educate yourself on the word of God without a degree, I think it's safe to say that God values dedication to the education of His word, by whichever means He leads you too through the Holy Spirit. 🙂 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. John 3:2 You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and you are right, because that’s what I am. John 13:13 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. John14:26

Hey Kolin! Thanks for watching and sharing your commentary. We read the Bible prior to coming to seminary AND we study all 66 books while we’re here. I can’t speak for why all women go to seminary so perhaps you should ask around but I’m attending to learn the word of God so that I can fulfill the great commission by going out and making disciples of others & teach them truth.
