Meet Nick | BI Patient Story

Meet Nick, a #CraigGrad sharing his story this #BrainInjuryAwarenessMonth. Following a biking accident, Nick began his neurorehabilitation journey at Craig Hospital in 2021. With the support of Hayley, a Craig occupational therapist and community reintegration specialist, they assessed his skills, talked through his goals and concerns, and navigated the challenges of returning to work post-brain injury together.
Now, Nick is back living in Boulder and recently spoke at our Living Well with Brain Injury event! Looking out at the crowd, he knew he was not alone, and through his story, he hopes to help others find their own journey to heal.
