Isn't that what studio is for? I've worked with a lot of sales team and sales managers in the past, but most of the reports they require are outdated, tedious, and does not provide the relevant data on how to drive their team's performance.

We have been using Odoo for 5 months. While some aspects are functional, we have found the financial module to be particularly weak, which has been a challenge for us. For example, to prepare an invoice for sending to the bank (creating an .xml file), you need to make exactly ten clicks (assuming the client is already entered in the database). After that, you have to import the .xml file into the bank. Sending data (payments) directly to the bank is not possible, which in 2025 would seem like a basic feature. According to Odoo, this functionality will not be available even in 2026, making them a dinosaur.

Odoo is good when it works but as soon as you experience an issue, you're in a long and stressful ride trying to figure out what's gone wrong and trying to contact support. Support on Odoo is simply non-existent.

Could you please share more details about your experience with it? For how long, and if overall you still recommend it. I have a small business with 10 employees and was considering odoo. Have you used other crm before? how they compare? Thank you in advance.
