She's so beautiful. I use to watch my niece and when she sleeps I allow her soft worship music and she loved it. If it stops she starts to cry ..😂😂 Girl you look fabulous. You hardly have any stomach there. Don't be too hard on yourself. There are those of us with fibroids who would love your stomach. You look just fab.

Some advice I was given as a first time mom was priceless. 1) don’t hold the baby all the time. My friend gave me a laundry basket with a pillow to carry my baby around, so the baby didn’t get used to body heat for comfort. I thought she was crazy, but I tried it and it works. The baby learns how to soothe themselves and it allows you to get stuff done. 2) play music and run the vacuum cleaner especially when she sleeps, so she can learn to sleep through noise. I did this and it worked! My friend didn’t do this and her son who is a teenager wakes up a any noise her hears still as a teenager. 3) don’t let people hold your baby especially with Covid running rampant and all the other germs out here. 4) always wear the bitch look: you better not touch my baby! I don’t know what it is about people wanting to put their hands on your baby’s face and mouth! This used to drive me bat crazy!

Your baby was in mamas belly for 9 months, safe, warm and always held by you she needs the same slow transition outside of the womb. Mimic life in the womb for her outside and let go of all expectations or need to tidy, get things together etc. It’s a phase of life you’ll have to surrender to, good luck beautiful.

It's so cool to watch you and Dejan come so far! The first video of yours I watched was the updated Q&A when he did your hair a couple of years ago. (It's the most viewed vid on your channel.) I also loved EVERY minute of this video! Although I saw the snippets of Irina on Instagram, I'm elated to see her face for the first time. However, I *_completely_* understand and empathize with your decision to not show her face often. No one is entitled to seeing your child, as family is a private aspect of one's life. I'm so happy to hear that she "popped right out" (your words😂) and that your husband was supportive, wasn't weirded out, and didn't faint (as expected). Get a baby wrap so you can do activities while you carry her. You can carve out spa days for yourself once a month too. You look fine. You could have requested a hospital corset/binder for your tummy but you didn't know. Give it time and be gentle with yourself. Snapback culture is problematic for many reasons.

She is soooo adorable! Congratulations to you and Dan. Babies in their first 6 weeks or so tends to live in their own randomized routine but will eventually start to get their groove in sleep and waking cycles. In the mean time, there are some things that will keep your baby awake and fussy like caffeine if you are breast feeding that you can avoid. Remember the foods and drinks that you take will make it to your breast milk and and she will consume it indirectly.
