Meet our people: Siri Suomalainen, Customer Advisor

Siri Suomalainen works as a customer advisor at Fortum. Her work has been helping her to adapt to a new home town, providing a sense of security in the middle of change. Siri feels that she has received genuine encouragement at Fortum to further educate herself. She has been able to combine work with her studies. The most fulfilling aspect of her job is helping the customers. Overcoming the different challenges together but also increasing people's understanding of the electrcitiy contracts and related topics are the real highlight of her work.
