What a sweetie very beautiful and inquisitive. So glad Red has a friend in Comet and just grateful for Monkey World giving her a home where she can be safe and happy.

Comet certainly isn't camera shy! They both look so inquisitive about their environment, noticing everything. The red belly is such a rich colour. How did you come to know that Red had been abandoned in the flat? Had she been without food and water for long? Poor creature. So happy she's safe now.

We were contacted as an emergency by the RSPCA. The landlord had been doing his best & feeding her but unfortunately not the right foods for her so it caused her to be quite ill.

@@MonkeyWorldOfficial Thanks. I'm glad the landlord at least tried but I hope very much the original owners of the animal will be traced and prosecuted. I simply can't understand how people can abandon animals. So cruel.

@@julieprior3126 I know. What is wrong with people?! Keeping an animal like that in a flat! I mean, me and my partner would love a dog, but we're waiting till we have a place with a garden, even though we'd walk them a couple times a day (we are lucky enough to live on the seafront) it wouldn't be right. I don't understand how anybody could think they'd be able give a creature like this a decent life as a house-pet. I see the appeal of the animals themselves, they are beautiful and interesting, but clearly not pet material! It's so selfish. We're actually visiting Monkey World tomorrow, which is why I'm watching videos of what to expect and I am so excited. I've not travelled much or seen many of these animals so I know I will learn an awful lot!
