As many others have noted, it looks like he was finally terminated. I'm not an expert on copyright law, but those threats to falsely strike others' videos seems illegal. However, I don't buy the "abusive father" message in his apology. The "channel owned by his father" in his channel description is similar to what a lot of these scam channels say in hopes they can attempt a termination by KZbin. This is because YT's policy states that if you were terminated before, you cannot create/posess another channel.

the "channel is run by channel owner's dad" thing is done for a specific reason though i cant quite remember, but it is common with scammers

The reason why izzland says that the channel is owned by is dad is that KZbin cant ban channels, since its technically not the scammers channel. At least thats what i think. correct me if im wrong
