My theory is that multiple people own the toslow KZbin channels, as he has A LOT. Personally I have been gifted by him or one of the people running it in and have been in a video on his dress to impress channel (I do not know him personally), but the discord account he used to contact me and the Roblox account he used to gift me were not the “official” toslow discord and toslow roblox accounts. Idk about all the other stuff you mentioned though 😅
