He literally has the same ping (maybe a lil worse) US players have playing on the opposite US server. A lil worse, but plenty playable. South American players are the ones who really play on shit ping a lot of the time

Couldn't agree more* that 1v1 should be in RLCS or have it's own series. Personally I enjoy watching high level 1's so much more than 3v3. Even though it sounds strange I think since everyone got better at RL it makes 3v3 more boring to watch, everyone is so good they are basically robots. In 1v1 players can showcase their mechanics and game IQ a lot more. I also think 1's is much easier to follow for people that don't play or understand RL and could get some new eyes on the game *edit credit goes to Moradric. Without him/her pointing out I forgot the word "more" this could have been forever wrong and over the course of time through the butterfly effect led to a disagreement that started WW3 and wiped out the human race forever. We all owe him/her/Z our life and our utmost gratitude. You're a real life hero Moradric.

Hoops was so hard as a newb player but it helped me to get better at aerials and eventually I also started liking it as one of my favorite modes. The only thing is just like most of rocket league, people get toxic and really try-hard when it gets about diamond/champ level.

You shouldn't want gc in hoops, i got gc but i prefer the c2 matches where you got people that prefer freestyle. In gc you only got tryhard games with chasing shooting and rotating which is kinda boring.... The skill is gone there :p

Lethamyr gave missinformation on boost+forward. Yes, holding forward in the air will give you forward acceleration. But if you are boosting at the same time, holding forward doesn't give you additional speed, it does absolutely nothing (as long as you boost). I got this information from Rocket Science, which I believe to be accurate since he tests everything rigorously.

You are correct. You can verify for yourself with Bakke's mod and that speedometer plugin too. Boost basically also presses gas for you.
