The stigma surrounding forex is very absurd, in my opinion, people get scammed because they don’t invest in themselves and don’t practice any self development. Why on earth would you give someone money to trade for you? Nobody can make you money! How do you expect to make money from something you don’t understand? Forex trading is real, it just takes a lot of time to master your edge in the markets and to develop a solid trading plan that you will follow. I also don’t see a problem with traders selling a course, the reason why a lot of traders sell courses is because a lot people bother them, asking them to teach them how to trade after they see the lifestyle,money, cars, watches etc and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with monetising that because we are living in free market capitalistic economies, everyone is selling something. The reason why the people who sell courses are richer is because they have funding power from selling courses so they have a lot of money to trade with coupled with the knowledge they have on how to trade. People should focus on learning how to trade properly and should not want to get rich quick. The industry has not defrauded anyone, people are the ones who defraud the industry. Trading works a 100%.

This thing of someone passing a prop firm challenge for you doesn't make sense. As he said, 95% of people fail the challenges and that's why they seek these services. According to me, the reason they fail is because they do not have the skills necessary to trade forex. So, doesn't it make sense that even if you pass the challenge for them, they'll still hit drawdown limits? Again, let's assume you need to make 5% profit to pass the challenge. Why doesn't he just buy the challenges himself and continue making the 5% monthly assuming the payment for them to pass the challenges is not that much. At 13:51 he says that he has stepped back from forex. Why would someone who is helping others get into forex be stepping out of it? I mean, he even has a bot. My conclusion is that whatever bot he has, it is not very profitable and that's why he prefers using it on other people who have already bought the challenges and are also paying him. He doesn't stand to lose anything or maybe little if there is any refund policy. The business model is not very different from those who sell courses in terms of winners and losers.

Just think about it: Hedge Funds and banks hire scientist, computer scientist , mathematicians from the best schools like MIT and pay them 150-350K or more to run and improve their algos which are bots. And actually in some prop firms, like the case of My Forex Funds, the conditions are worse for the trader because of bigger spreads and higher slippage.
