Maybe is the best for you, not for contractors that have to work during drydocks, to refurbish and renovate the ship. It’s happening quite often that CCL, forcing contractors to work in harsh and unsafe conditions such as cutting shower’s hot water, bad meals and lack of seats, entering to occupied cabins to perform any kind of work, cutting-grinding-welding in the kitchens while cooking.

My last cruise last week in Alaska there were few children cruising. My cruise in Feb the Celebration the same. If you can just pick times when children are in school. There will be few but not as many as the summer and Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Enjoy .

@@FizzyG322 The are only minor changes to the physical structure but major positive changes to the restaurant venues, superior lighting, decorations and “brightness” of the ship. The crew, food, maintenance and cleanliness, are all vastly superior over the Mardi Gras. Hopefully the Jubilee will have improved center stage seating and views for the masses, improved adult section pools and more adult only hot tubs, better traffic flow, improved water slides and much needed improvements to the roller coaster lengthening and reconfiguring the design for a smother and more negative g ride. At $15 ea for a two pass ride the roller coaster is not worth repeating. Just a one time, been there done that ride. Also, as a design and safety engineer hopefully they fired the idiots who designed and approved the placement of the state room phones in their dysfunctional unsafe locations. I have a video I am sending to Carnival management as they are begging for multiple injury lawsuits. The Carnival Vista class ships are still superior in many aspects.

Carnival is the absolute worst company. I was banned for life after going to guest services and then immediately to security for help with my boyfriend at the time who was severely drunk (I was sober) and had beaten me up and choked me to the point of my eyes having broken blood vessels and a bruised neck. I went for help and they kicked us both off the ship and BANNED ME only ME for life. Nothing freaking happened to him besides being forced off the ship. I went for help and that's what they did. After trying to strip me down in an office full of men to see if I had more harm on me, and asking if I was pregnant and wanting to EXAMINE me (yes there). INSANE. DO NOT sail with Carnival. If there is the slight bit of trouble you will be sexually harassed and judged and then you get banned for the other person almost murdering you. One of the most traumatic days of my life. I'll never be over it. The person I once love and trusted literally tried to kill me (kept saying, "why don't you just die already") while choking me. I begged them to cut him off from drinking no one listened. Then I hid in our stateroom. He came back and immediately started beating me. With the door open and me begging for help from people that walked by. No one stopped. I got away and ran to guest services. Biggest mistake of my life. Now banned for life and I can't even go on Cunard or Princess which I always wanted to do. No one will assist. It's insane.
