During Suction Cup Man 4 there was a scene where SCM got some d**dos because he got sued and the police took his suction cups, so he tried to get some replacements. Later he started climbing on the building of this guy he was Feuding with and then wiggled one of the "toys" in front of Business Man (the guy hes Feuding with), to show how Suctiony they was. Tl;DR Long story short Mike ACTUALLY had one of them "toys" irl and he said in able to get that sound he had to get a glass to suck onto. Well, during the Livestream back in like 2021 he was trying to make that sound and the glass broke and it cut his hand pretty badly! I was there during that Livestream too! At first he and his friends laughed it off but it later got serious!

If you want some more great TF2 animations I'd recommend some by Greatdictator. Some are pretty long, ranging to about 30 minutes to an hour or so, but I think you'd appreciate the comedy style
