Jens is a class act amongst musicians. IMO he deserves as much credit for the first 4 YJM albums being so great (especially the first 3). His playing innovated the genre and this is a great interview. I agree with his take on not being Satanic. The world is dark enough without making it more evil. I have always remembered the cigarette hanging out of his mouth while performing Spanish Castle Magic from Live In Leningrad since I was 17 years old. I purchased that VHS when it came out with Christmas money and watched it hundreds of times.

Absolutely. When he left Rising Force there was a huge void in the music. I still like it but Jens was such a good addition to Yngwie's intensity.
