As another severely autistic addendum, the history of Sweden (to my understanding) is actually multicultural. (though not including the clearly inferior cultures allowed to permeate society today.) The early-Neolithic culture of the mixed farmers and hunter-gatherers was conquered and ultimately replaced (though im unsure fully to what extent.) by the Vedic culture of the Indo-Europeans. Ummm I have to say your anger is a bit miss-placed here. The first Europeans were all dark skinned and they had not yet adapted to North European climate. So in this particular case its totally valid. The people who entered Scandinavia from the south were dark skinned because they descended from a newer wave out of Africa (and yes, they had blue eyes) while the people who entered from the North were paler (although still probably relatively dark and didn't have the blue eye mutation). Am a swede and have read the article and it it says that 3 diffrent groups settled in scandinavia. And it is about the fennos-scandi glaciers that covered the region was melting around 10000 years ago made people able to settle their in first place and the people with fairly darker pigment (that people are apperntly triggered by) came from the south where darker skin was a better adaption to the invironment. G'day mate. As far as I am aware, the "white" skin you and I wear (with pride, I will add) appears to be a very recent adaptation, or genetic mutation, appearing in the last 8-12,000 years. Our pre-white ancestor's skin colour is believed to have been a light coffee colour similar to a Mediterranean complexion. Take heart, we are only talking about melanin concentration. The underlying traits that define us biologically as Caucasians were already in existence. Just because our ancestors were "dark" skinned does not, in any way, shape or form, give the rest of the world's dark skinned population license to settle in our beautiful homelands. Nope, they don't have any human remains in Sweden from that period. This is all about DNA science. They compare DNA from different races, and they've found some similarities that suggests interbreeding 10 000 years ago. Btw, the Cheddar man's origin and skinn color is all about probability, not certainty, 75% probablitity that he had dark skinn is pretty good indication, even if it is not an air tight proof.
