Sergent major is an office while wo1 is a rank and for you to be a Sergent major ( in charge discipline) then you shud be of the rank of warrant officer one sa it is in the police where only those of the rank of senior Sergent can be RSM (regimental Sergent major) hope I assisted.
@muriskeyboard76623 жыл бұрын
WO 1 is the highest and top most rank in the service members or uncomissioned officer whereas a sergeant major is an appointment given to the very qualified WO 1 so as to be the head of defence svc members...His assistant are the army airforce and naval sergeant majors. ?hope I have assisted too
