We're Ibrahim & Mohsin - ex-city lawyers and authors of "Halal Investing for Beginners". We've been studying investments and the traditional Islamic sciences for 13+ years. Over the year we've been published by the Financial Times, the World Economic Forum, Foreign Policy etc.

Interesting interview, the standpoint is definitely characteristic of the soft power exerted by the US through NGO'S. It's the carrot of the carrot and stick approach. The Taliban recognized this seemingly good willed benign help as interference and foreign "influencing."

Afg won't prosper because unfortunately Taliban prefer their Pashtun culture of restricting Afghan women as much as possible over following Islam.
