This is for ppl who have problem in baking cakes n cookies. I have tried baking many times and from my experience I found that switching on the bottom rod n placing the grill on top 2nd rack (in case of 40 rcss model) makes my cake perfect. N when I have to place directly my baking tray, I place it on the top first rack itself. So wat I mean to say is that switching your bottom rod n placing ur baking utensil on first or second rack gives good results. This is on my personal experience. 😊

You can easily bake 4 large, 9 medium or 12 small cookies on one baking tray. If you have a spare baking tray, you can also experiment with baking two batches of cookies simultaneously in the Toast+Convection setting.

Hey, You can try baking at 120 min timer, for 35-40 min in bake mode for an easy general reference. Do pe-heat the oven before use.

I have this model. Within a year one of the heating rods simply caught fire and melted. It was frightening. What is frustrating nobody inspite of everyday complaints has come from Morphy Richards to replace the rod. Poor after sales service
