Bush (‘06-‘10) Sproles (‘11-‘13) Kamara (‘17-?) ‘14-‘16 they were using Pierre Thomas, Khiry Robinson, & Mark Ingram in the passing game - but none were necessarily built for that role. I agree though, I think they drafted Kamara with the intention of him being the next Bush/Sproles.

@@bowtiezr2534 I'm 5'6" & when I played football there was no one on the field better than me. Also I met Barry Sanders & he's not 5'8". I was 5'7" without a doubt. Drew Brees was 5'6" as well. Steve Smith was the only one that was 5'8" out of this bunch! I also don't think Sproles was 5'6" either. I think he was shorter. I could be wrong. But remember they had to bring down the measuring tape for him & I think they made a mistake. But who cares, he had an amazing career bc if his talent, Hard work & determination! You can't measure a man's heart & soul. One more side note, Trindon Holliday was 5'5" & is ranked the 2nd fastest man ever in the NFL with a a 10.00 in the 100 meters! He did pretty damn good in the NFL with his punt & kick returns! Height isn't a factor as to how good a football player is going to be, especially at RB!

@_The_Journey 7 жыл бұрын
Evelyn Carpenter consistent yes but getting a 1000 yards every single season is much better then average , an "average" running back wouldn't make top 5 rushing yards of all time which he will most certainly be in when it's all said and done

Being a Giants fan, this is a hard pill to swallow, but Darren Sprolles is, in my opinion, one if the greatest of all time at what he does. Darren Sproles is the reason one of the reasons why I love football so much to this day. Height & size doesn't matter, as a 5'7 Wide Receiver I love the passion of football. So yeah people look for tall players and they underestimate you & barely put small players in games, but once they realize that you do better than others. Is where they correct themselves. I will always love being a 5'7 for a Two way football player

Jack Kennedy did you not see the playoffs? Beat 3 top teams. One being the Vikings and we dropped 38 on the “top” defense.

Jack Kennedy I was making the argument that they did become more dominant. Wentz is a playmaker but not the team. That’s something we all gotta remember as Eagles Fan. Fly eagles Fly

Rudy Ruettiger was 5,6” played for Notre Dame in the 7Os and was a great football player. I love that the NFL does not have an age limit or height limit to play 🏈. That’s awesome.

Kaire Cheneau uh no. He's going on his 5th year with the eagles. And finally won that ring he deserved. He will prob retire an eagle. Idk if he's felt at home anywhere else as he does with the eagles. He's coming back next year and I don't see the eagles doing this man dirty. He will retire next year most likely on a good note.

KillYouForFood he was on the saints for five years and he also got a sb ring with us also and a pro Bowl selection. He has did the same thing with both teams we can agree on that but he was more iconic as a saint.

I remember a KZbinr posted a Madden video of a guy trying to run up the score and tried to kick a very long field goal. It fell short, and into the hands of San Diego's Darren Sproles and went over 100 yards for a game-winning TD. Poetic justice!
