Great news: Your days of hassling with mounting systems that are bulky, fidgety, and unsightly are behind you. And you can thank the dude in this video, Max. He's an avid motorcyclist and one of the product designers here at Peak. So it only made sense to charge him with the design of our Moto Stem mount, which features an ultra-strong magnetic + mechanical mounting technology (called SlimLink) that grabs and locks your phone so effortlessly, it feels like magic.
But is it secure? You bet. We spent three years testing our moto mounts over tens of thousands of miles on and off road. Your phone ain't going anywhere you don't want it to.
Is it a hassle to remove? God no. Just the one-fingered push of either of the buttons on the side of the mount. There is no simpler or more delightful mount interface anywhere in the mobile market.
Will it jiggle my phone camera to death? Nope. Max spent many weeks developing and testing a vibration isolator mechanism, resulting in the best vibration damping available.
The Moto Bar Mount attaches to the following bar diameters:
1 1/4" (31.8mm)
1 1/8" (28.6mm)
1" (25.4mm)
7/8" (22.2mm)
Also, at 0:18 Max introduces the 1" Ball Adapter. That product is currently in development and will be available for purchase later this summer. We don't have an exact launch date, so subscribe to this channel in order to know when it's here.

For motorcycles, please make a wireless charging system that can work directly off the 12V. It is annoying as hell to get wireless charger mount and then have to wire in a usb adapter or some other voltage step-down to power the wireless charger and find the space to hide it. You build that, and you got yourself a customer ✌

If I understand you correctly they have wireless pad but need to be connected to qc charger? For me this it's not really bad if it's USB c because in case for example your for is getting to hot while wireless charging you could just disconnect charger and connect phone directly.

I'm a big Peak Designs fan; a back pack, an iPhone case, the charging car mount, and the tripod. It's all excellent pieces of kit. However, I'm compelled to comment on one of the cuts shown in the video; a dude wearing jeans (boo for no protection), on a KTM 1090 (yay for big dirt bikes), sitting (again boo) while riding down a nicely graded dirt road. That all seems a little inauthentic. Nonetheless, I'll be adding one of those mounts to a few of my bikes as it looks to be a well designed and executed phone holder. Kudos to the Peak Designs team.

I wish there was a ring/stand attachment in the ecosystem. Useful for lots of common scenarios, I was surprised I didn't find any when I checked. Taking videos in precarious situations like over water, comfort while viewing landscape or horizontal at home or outside, easily make for a stand, and just general peace of mind knowing it's there when you need it. Such a small but helpful item.

I bought the case and bicycle mount a couple weeks ago and it's the best thing ever. I use it with my Garmin Varia radar so I don't need a bike computer. An added bonus is the case feels much better than the standard Apple cases that I use with my 13 Pro that are very square and uncomfortable, it brings back a more rounded feel to the phone. Sidenote, nice Repsol hidden back there.

They’re the same. Scooters have the same size and type of handlebars. You should be just fine with this mount or similar. P.s. Scoot Gang! Scooters are awesome too! :) Ride safe and have fun!

here's an actual protip when you can't reach the screw in the mounted position : get a correction fluid, or a non-permanent marker, set the mount up as you've liked it, mark a line across two parts on each parts, remove it from the bike. off the bike, now you have a reference point on where to point it before you tighten them.

Would like to have someone from peak design answer a question for me... I have used and was not impressed with the Rockform and the Quad Lock. The Rockform case suffered from a broken pin that are used to lock the phone to the mount (on 2 different cases) and I got tired of the bulkiness of the Quad Lock mount and it's atrocious looks. My bike is an Harley Davidson, and like every Harleys, they shake, duh... Maybe it was the downfall of the Rockform case but they said it was made for Harleys, so... 🤔 Question : I saw on your website that you guys offer a lifetime warranty. Does it cover if either the case or the mount suffers from any breaks or stop functioning with real world use on an Harley (in other words, do you guys put your money where your mouth is)?? I'm just tired of spending 200$+ for cases and mounting systems and getting an half thought out product that doesn't hold to real world use. Thank you

It's gorgeous and outstanding but unfortunately it's still dangerous for a country with many thieves like Vietnam. They can easily grab your phone and run away on roads. That's why here Grab riders only use those grips with very tight mounts. I hope this could be considered as a feedback for a third country like Vietnam. I absolutely cannot use this mount for my scooter

@@roguegeek measure against the cases I named. Sure there are thinner cases but not that mount to a motorcycle holder mount. I even have an SP Connect the preferred case in Europe and PD is thinner. I have a drop guys case that’s thicker and doesn’t have a motorcycle mount. It’s not advertised as a thin case. It’s advertised as a mount case. Go back to wearing your mothers clothes and learn some manners
