Americans are politically strange. Many Americans are politically uneducated. They don't understand how U.S. government works in accordance to the U.S. Constitution and it's Bill of Rights. If you don't believe me, just ask someone what is defined in the first three Articles of the Constitution, what rights are granted to people in the first four Amendments contained within the Bill of Rights, how many branches of government are there and what are they, and of those branches of government, which one holds the most power? I'm certain you will be dumbfounded at the answers you'll get.

I maybe completely wrong on this, but my best guess, or rather understanding, is that it is a slang ghetto term from the 90's/2000's. I believe it references individuals who don't get or understand something. Like if soneone confronted somebody about a deal gone bad or an argument between individuals, and someone exclaims in frustration and anger, "Man, you better get WOKE!" I can only imagine some hick Republican politician heard this as dialogue on a TV series they were watching on their 85" TV, and later referenced it in a meeting of idiots, and it caught on from there. The term, or rather, word is of poor taste, character, and choice. It makes the person using the terminology appear to be ignorant and uneducated. Though, this is not surprising coming from Republican/conservatives, as they frequently use one word terms or throw slander and insults at people, only because they have NO game, no statistics or facts they can fall back upon in their defense of performance.

I wonder if you may know who did that? And the fact that he trips more, has to do with the surgery on one of his joints, in the same leg That's the same side he keeps having trouble lifting his foot; which is what I do because of a bad knee and torn ankle and I am 1/2 his age. If 1 of the three chambers in a knee is messed up, a person will lose the ability to walk correctly and will stub the foot more. Do as you suggested, use you eyes
