I’m actually building my brand company right now (early solopreneurship phase) and this video is really heartwarming to see how such a team can thrive in such a setting. I worked for two companies with this structure capability, but they weren’t cognizant and aware enough to make it last. I LOVE this type of leadership. I love the focus on empowering the individuals to empower the company. That’s when your paycheck is your least valued form of compensation.

I run a remote team across multiple sites. I have a debrief friday get together over zoom the company pays for afternoon snacks and we just chill out for 20-30 minutes and have a bitch session about patients issues whatever to build team and culture. It's very tricky to do remotely but it's possible
