Appreciate your vulnerability and for giving the caller the kind kick in the pants for help. Hearing the "I don't know" from the caller caused me to reflect on all the ways I self sabotage, and how "silly" the excuses we make are when we really drill down into it. Excited to hear more stories!

I agree with giving ordinary people a platform. I am sure people would like to hear about “real lives” stories. As you said, we all know the famous people’s story and yes it can be boring and really tedious to hear it over and over again in different podcasts 🙄🙄🙄 Give power to the people! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
